Every shade sail or “shade structure top” has a pocket sewn along the entire perimeter where a heavy-duty steel cable is attached. When this cable is tightened it provides tension along the fabric, creating a sail that does not sag. In addition, all stitching is done using “Tenara Gore Tex” awning thread that holds its strength longer than other threads when exposed to the sun. Furthermore all of our “turnkey shade structure systems”, or “do-it-yourself fixing posts” are also made from materials which meet or exceed commercial quality standards.

*Should winds exceed 80 miles per hour shade sails must be removed. Such circumstances would be apparent in natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. We will not warranty shade tops or shade sails that have been destroyed due to such occurrences.
