If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) from ShadeIt.net, you can exchange or return your item(s) less a 25% restocking fee on returns and a 15% restocking fee on exchanges so long as return or exchange is within 15 days from the date of purchase.  Returned or exchanged items must be sent back shipping pre paid and in original condition, including the packaging.  Any purchases returned under the above mentioned guidelines will be eligible for refund or exchange.  Anything received falling under the below mentioned criteria will be refused exchange or return:

1) Shipments sent freight collect will be refused.
2) Products received damaged will also be rejected.
3) Any product without an authorized RMA (returned merchandise authorization) # will not be accepted.
4) Anything received without original packaging will also be refused.
5) Merchandise returned or exchanged purchased after 15 days from the original purchase will be refused as well.

Please follow the following process in order to properly return or exchange an item to ShadeIt.net, LLC.

1) Contact a ShadeIt.net representative by emailing us at returns@ShadeIt.net to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  We will respond back to you within 24 to 48 hours of your request with your RMA number

2) We will also include with your RMA number the shipping address to where you will return your item.

3) Please package all items in original packaging with instructions, warranty info, etc.

4) Please ship to the return destination via any traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The carrier will assign anything shipped via LTL (less than truckload) a tracking number as well.  Shipments made via US Post Office must request additional service that includes a tracking number.  All tracking number(s) must be sent to returns@ShadeIt.net.


5)  It takes approximately 7 to 10 days for us to process your return.  Once we the item(s) are received and accepted by the manufacturer we will update you via email with details as to how you want to receive your funds (via paypal, check, etc).  Wire transfers can be made less $20 wire transfer back fee.


How can I cancel my order?

1) Go to the “My Account/Order Status” link at top right hand or our site in order to review placed orders.

2) Click on the “Change Quantities/Cancel Orders” link and revise your order.  Be aware that once an order
has been processed or shipped can no longer be revised or void.  

3) To make a cancellation request please call customer service between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST and make your cancellation request.  ShadeIt.net must confirm all cancellations back in writing via email in order for it to be valid.  Do not assume your order has been canceled by just sending an email or leaving a message.  ShadeIt.net, LLC, must confirm all cancellations.

Please note that custom made shade sails or any other custom made products are not subject to any refunds or exchanges; unless under special circumstances as determined by an authorized ShadeIt.net manager.
