Sunbrella state of the art material is designed resist moisture as well as extreme temperature. Sunbrella fabric is also fade, rot, mildew and water-resistant
Each Sunbrella shade sail is sewn with nylon seatbelt webbing for additional strength as well as durability. In addition, the corners are reinforced with nylon webbing and extra fabric as well. A stainless steel Delta ring is sewn onto each corner as well. Every sail is also designed with g gentle inward curve toward the center on each side called a cantenary curve. This curve allows for tension control and prevents the sail from sagging in the middle. It also gives your shade sails an architectural flair unsurpassed by traditional awnings.
ShadeIt Sunbrella shade sails are available in custom-made sizes (Pre Made Sunbrella Shade Sails Coming Soon). Choose from your choice of colors. Choose from a wide variety of colors such as Pacific Blue, Black, Burgundy, or Forest Green. Additional colors are also available. However, certain colors are available in wider fabric rolls allowing for fewer seams in larger shade sails. (Sunbrella color and fabric width chart coming soon)
Sunbrella Shade Sails have to be installed with at least a 20-degree slope to allow for water run off and to prevent water collection in the middle of the sail. Please check with a ShadeIt representative for color availability as well as design issues such as "number of seams". Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for fabrication of your custom Sunbrella shade sail.
